The BRAND NEW uplifting read of love, family and friendship from Shari Low for 2023.
One day, five lives, but whose heart will be broken by nightfall? It started like any other day in the picturesque village of Weirbridge.
Tress Walker waved her perfect husband Max off to work, with no idea that she was about to go into labour with their first child. And completely unaware that when she tried to track Max down, he wouldn’t be where he was supposed to be.
At the same time, Max’s best friend Noah Clark said goodbye to his wife, Anya, blissfully oblivious that he would soon discover the woman he adored had been lying to him for years.
And living alongside the two couples, their recently widowed friend, Nancy Jenkins, is getting ready to meet Eddie, her first true love at a school reunion. Will Nancy have the chance to rekindle an old flame, or will she choose to stay by Tress’s side when she needs her most?
One Day with You - two fateful goodbyes, two unexpected hellos, and 24 hours that change everything.

"The characters jump off the page and into your heart!"
From regrets, the what ifs, and fate. Paths converge. The author delves deep into human insights. From friendship, infidelity, past loves, and forgiveness. A rollercoaster ride of emotions. You will laugh and cry. The supporting characters added a bit of laughter blended with sadness and grief.
Full of empathy and charm, the characters face real life, broken relationships, and emotions of happiness, sadness, tragedy, and betrayal —infused with love, friendship, and community. Also, becoming wiser on the other side and second chances.
I thoroughly enjoyed the characters of Nancy and Val, and how their stories connected.
A captivating beautiful, and thought-provoking novel. Well-written, with a vital takeaway. Make the most of your life. Live for today, as we do not know what tomorrow may bring.
I do not read a lot of women's fiction, and ONE DAY WITH YOU was my first book by the author, and I look forward to reading more— for fans of US authors Katherine Center, Debbie Macomber, and Elizabeth Berg.

Dear Reader,
Thank you so much for landing on my book page!
I hope you will love what you find here. At the heart of all my novels is friendship, the kind of relationship between women (and sometimes men) that bonds them together in the good times and in the bad. My characters sometimes experience the worst of life – betrayal, broken relationships, illness, bereavement, heartbreak – but my stories are always about how they overcome those challenges with great friends, the kind who lift you up, tell you brutal truths and make you laugh, even in the moments when there isn’t much to smile about. They capture the very best things about being part of a friendship group or family that isn’t perfect but manages to survive heartaches and come out wiser, stronger, and more sure than ever that the people who love them are on their side.
And always, they’re full of real laughter, real tears, and real life.
Love,
Shari x
